Deluxe Motorcoach Charter Service: Safety Program

It is always our goal at Branson Grayline to be at the top of our industry with our safety goals and training. We have been awarded safety awards by Lancer Insurance as well as receiving a Department of Defense rating of 1. Our driver safety program is very stringent and includes random drug testing, driving training courses conducted by our on staff driver trainer, and refresher courses on DOT rules and regulations. Our Owner as well as our General Manager are both certified in drug and alcohol reasonable suspicion training and attend DOT courses on an annual basis.

Our maintenance team, includes several team members headed by our shop foreman, Tom Silva. With over 30 years of mechanical experience Tom maintains excellent records and consistently receives a rating of 1 on all audits performed by outside organizations as well as our internal rating system. In addition to our mechanical team, we also staff an on site body shop staff to fix an cosmetic issues.
